Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
- UAE Orders: Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details. We aim to ship the next day, though orders placed after 6PM will be processed the following business day. Please note, public holidays or extreme weather may cause delays.
- Shipping Fees: Free UAE shipping on orders over AED 250. Shipping fees for GCC and international orders will be calculated at checkout upon completion of your address.
- Estimated Delivery Times: UAE: 1–2 business days | GCC: 3–5 business days | International: 7–10 business days.
- All orders are fully tracked, and a tracking code will be shared once your package has been dispatched.
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly offer returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be accommodated.
Our Returns procedure
- Email info@muizuriswimwear.com with your return request and reason, including any relevant photos if the item is damaged.
- Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We recommend referring to our size chart before ordering to reduce return needs.
- If returning due to sizing, a flat fee of AED 30 will apply for pickup and redelivery. - Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with all original labels intact. Soiled or used items will not be accepted.
- Returns are subject to a AED 15 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- For international returns, please contact us at info@muizuriswimwear.com.
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item has been returned to us, we will process the return accordingly. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and our return address will be provided once you get in touch. - Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Our Exchange procedure
We’re happy to arrange size exchanges for the same design. Please note exchanges are only valid for the same set/design in a different size. If you prefer a different design in another size, this will be treated as a return and or a new purchase.
Please email info@muizuriswimwear.com to request an exchange, letting us know the issue and required size. If the size requested is unavailable, we unfortunately won’t be able to process an exchange or return. In this case, we recommend gifting the item to a loved one.
